Most hotels and convention centres have an in-house AV company, and many planners assume that’s the only option. It usually isn’t — in most Canadian venues you can hire your own AV production partner. Because our quote is all-in, you can compare it like for like, and bringing us in removes the hotel’s markup on equipment (standard charges like rigging and power may still apply, and we’ll tell you which is which).
