Straight Street will match the verified price of any available product from any authorized retailer or web store in Canada. We cannot match pricing on products that are no longer available or are from demo stock or used products.
Your order will be reviewed and confirmed by our web sales team during our business hours (9am-5pm EDT Monday to Friday). We will immediately notify you if there are any problems with your purchase such as a discontinued product or manufacturer’s back order.
Straight Street reserves the right to terminate any order for any reason, including, but not limited to: a) where goods are not available; b) where payment authorization cannot be obtained; or c) in the event of a pricing or product description error. If your order has been terminated due to a pricing misprint, an opportunity will be made available for you to purchase the product at the correct price.

Straight Street does not collect or store credit card information.
All prices appearing on the Website are quoted in Canadian dollars.
Straight Street accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express and PayPal.
We can also arrange for Interac Email Money Transfers and Wire Transfers.
Applicable taxes will be added to your order upon checkout. This includes GST or HST for all orders shipping within Canada.
Straight Street is currently shipping across Canada only.
We ship via Canada Post, Fed Ex and Fed Ex Freight and rates are determined from size of package and weight. Straight Street will only ship to verified addresses validated either by credit card issuers or PayPal. Shipping to freight forwarders or redirection of shipments will not be accepted.
Items marked with an “In-Stock” indicator are typically shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed (Monday to Friday excluding holidays). Non-stock orders are shipped once the item(s) are received. We will send you a notice once your order has been shipped, which will include a tracking number.
Freight Shipments: all shipments leaving our warehouse on a skid include pre-paid freight to the threshold of the property. Extra charges which are not pre-paid will automatically be billed to your account. These ‘extra’ charges can include, but are not limited to: liftgate, inside delivery, residential, appointment, 2 man delivery, pier charges, pallet truck, etc.
Any shipments refused or undeliverable will be returned to Straight Street at your expense. Once the package arrives back at our warehouse we will contact you to attempt to re-deliver the order or cancel the order should you wish. In case of cancellation a restocking fee in addition to the shipping fees would be deducted from your refund.
Local Pick-ups from our Cambridge warehouse for orders placed online! Once your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email notification. Orders may be picked up Monday to Friday 9:30am – 5:00pm. We will hold items for pick-up for 10 business days unless otherwise arranged. After 10 business days, the order will be cancelled. Special Order items not picked up will be charged a minimum 50% restocking fee.
Straight Street is an authorized retailer for each of the brands available on our website. As such, your purchase is authorized for the manufacturer’s warranty in Canada.
Manufacturer’s warranty includes 1 year on parts and labour (some items include a longer warranty as specified). During the warranty period, the manufacturer will cover parts, labour and return shipping for all problems covered by their warranty. Shipping and customs charges to the manufacturer or service depot are the responsibility of the customer. Problems covered typically include manufacturer’s defects and problems that arise during normal use. Products that are abused or damaged through abnormal use or accident may not be covered by warranty.
Contact us for a return authorization if you require warranty service or you can deal directly with the manufacturer. Straight Street is not responsible for the fulfillment of the manufacturer’s warranty.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Products may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 30 days of the purchase/shipping date, provided they are in original condition and include all the original packaging, manuals and warranty cards. All returns will be inspected for wear or abuse, additional charges may apply. Returns after 30 days will NOT be accepted. We must be contacted and we will arrange to have Fed Ex pick up the package. The freight charge for both ways will be deducted from your refund on top of the restocking fee.
Straight Street will accept returns for defective goods that you have ordered from us within 30 days of receipt for exchange only.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following types of products: Customized, special order, used products, clearance products, expendable items, cartridges, needles, replacement lamps/bulbs, tape, gels, rigging supplies, effect fluid or juice, opened computer hardware, software or parts (replacement, repair or item components) – these products are final sale. Due to hygienic reasons headphones and microphones are only accepted for exchange or refund if they are in factory sealed packaging.
All returns MUST be authorized in advance by a customer service representative. Paperwork will be dispatched to you via email. Your RMA number must be located on the waybill/packaging. Once received, returns will be processed with 5 business days.
You will be refunded in the same method as your original payment.
